Here’s how to pay for your order:
On the website 💻:
- Once you’ve added your creation to your basket, a “Summary” box will appear on the right with the subtotal, delivery costs and total.
- Have a promo code? At the top of the summary, click the arrow to the right of “Add a promo code” to display the field. Enter your code and click “Apply”.
- Once you’ve checked your order, click “Place order”. You’ll go through 3 steps:
- Contact details: enter your personal information.
- Delivery address: choose your delivery method (standard, express or pick-up point).
- Payment: choose between:
- Credit card: enter your card details and confirm.
- PayPal: you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Click “Continue”, enter your billing address, click “Continue” again and confirm the payment.
On the mobile app 📱:
- Once you’ve added your creation to your basket, go to the “Basket” tab (on the far right at the bottom of the screen).
- Have a promo code? Add it in the field just above the total before confirming.
- Tap “Place order” at the bottom of the page.
On iOS (iPhone):
You have two options:
- Apple Pay: check your personal information, add a delivery address and proceed to payment.
- Another payment method: complete your personal information, enter your delivery address, choose your delivery method via “Delivery times” (standard, express or pick-up point), add your payment method and tap “Place order”.
On Android:
You’ll be redirected directly to the payment window. Complete your personal information, enter your delivery address, choose your delivery method via “Delivery times” (standard, express or pick-up point), add your payment method and tap “Place order”.
