The bad news? This implies a maximum retention period for this data and in particular your drafts and unordered items!
This time limit changes, depending on your commitment to the Cheerz service and follows the constraints of the RGPD.
Let me explain :)
For any article created and saved, and on which you don't make any modifications:
- If you had not created a Cheerz account: it will be automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity on it.
- If you have a Cheerz account but have never placed an order: it will be automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity.
- If you are already a Cheerz customer and have placed at least one order: it will be automatically deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
