My product is damaged



Despite all the efforts we make to protect our products when they're being delivered, some are mishandled and arrive damaged.

If this happens to be the case, please reach out to our Happiness Team with your order number (starting with CZ) aswell as a picture of the damaged product so that a free reprint can be requested.

Please note:  including a picture is necessary for us to handle your request & be able to give feedback to our teams.
