My product is damaged

Despite all the efforts we make to protect our products during the delivery, some can be mishandled and end up damaged.

If this happens to be the case, please reach out to our Happiness Team with your order number (starting with CZ) as well as a picture of the damaged product so that a free reprint can be requested.
