Can’t find your creation anymore? Here are the three most common reasons 🔎
📱 You’re on the wrong platform
Drafts aren’t synced between the app and the website. A creation started in the app must therefore be found in the app, and vice versa.
💾 Your creation wasn’t saved
To keep a draft, you need to be logged in to your account and confirm the “Save and exit” option when leaving the editor. If you don’t have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one or log in.
🗑️ Your draft was deleted
If it was deleted by mistake, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, via our contact form. We’ll check whether it can be recovered.
⏳ Good to know: the retention period depends on your situation: 1 month without an account, 4 months with an account but no orders, and up to 12 months if you’ve already placed an order with Cheerz.
💡 Our tip: remember to save your creation regularly and complete it within the relevant time frame to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
