To find your creation:
Log in to your Cheerz account
• Go to "My orders"
• Look for the "Order again or re-order " button on the order you're interested in
• Click on the 3 dots (...) if you're on the App or on the little pencil ✏️ if you're on the Web
• Select "Edit my design"And there you go! You can see your creation just as you designed it 🎨
Some important details:
-Is the “Order Again” button greyed out? Don’t worry!
This simply means that this creation is no longer available for reordering.
Here are a few possible reasons:
– The product has changed or is too old;
– It’s one of those creations that can’t be reordered (like limited editions!);
– You might not be on the same platform where you placed your first order.
