To view your previous orders and the photos from your creations, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account from the platform where you created your product (app or website).
- Go to “My account” and select “My orders” to view all your orders.
- Find the order you want to view.
To review and edit your creation and its photos:
Once you’re in your basket, you can access your creation to edit it:
- On the app: tap the three dots (…) to the right of your product in the basket and select “Edit my creation”.
- On the website: click the pencil icon ✏️ next to your product in the basket and select “Edit my creation”.
You’ll then be able to review your creation, your photos and the layout you chose.
Important:
- You can only view your creations from the platform where you made them (app or website).
- It isn’t possible to download a digital version after placing your order.
- If the “Order again” button is disabled, you won’t be able to view that creation.
Good to know: if you have trouble accessing your creation, try using the other platform (if you placed your order in the app, try the website at www.cheerz.com, or vice versa). If the problem persists, contact our team via our contact form.
