To create your account:
- Go to cheerz.com or download our mobile app.
- Click “Log in” in the app or “Create an account” on the website at the top of the page.
- Enter your details (we promise it’ll be quick!):
- Your email address
- A password
- Your first name

To delete your account:
On the website 💻:
- Log in to your account.
- In the top-right corner, click “Account” (the leftmost tab next to “Drafts” and “Basket”).
- Click “Personal details”.
- Scroll down to the “Your account” section.
- Below “Change my password”, you’ll see a red box labelled “Delete my account” — click it.
- Confirm your choice.
On the app 📱:
- Log in to your account.
- Tap the “Account” tab (the fourth item in the navigation bar).
- Go to “Profile & Settings”.
- Scroll down and tap “Manage your account and data”.
- On the “Manage my account” page, scroll to the bottom and tap the blue “Delete my account” button.
- Confirm your choice.
Warning: deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Make sure you read the information displayed carefully before confirming.
