If you are unable to place an order, we advise you to try these little tips:
ππΌ Check that you have entered your bank details correctly.
ππΌ Change payment method either by using another credit card or Paypal.
ππΌ Check your internet connection.
ππΌ Check that you are not using a new bank card that is not yet activated by your bank. If so, contact your bank to activate online payment.
ππΌ Also, check that you haven't reached your payment limit: check your settings on your bank account.
ππΌ Finally, it may be a bank refusal and in this case, we invite you to get closer to your bank to find out the reasons.
PS: If you want to pay by Paypal but it shows an error, please try with your credit card. The Paypal site may indeed encounter temporary bugs.
