How to reorder a previous order ?



Want to relive a memory? Here's how to reorder a creation you loved! ✨
First, make sure you're on the same platform (App or web) where you originally ordered your creation, otherwise it won't be visible and available for reorder.

Once you've checked that, let's go:
• Log in to your Cheerz account
• Go to "My orders"
• Find the creation you're eyeing
• Click "Re-order or Order again" And voilà, your creation loads automatically!

Some helpful tips:
• You can modify your creation before reordering (change photos, text, etc.)
• Prices and options may have changed since your last order
• Double-check your delivery address before confirming

 

Is the “Order Again” button greyed out?
Don’t worry! There are 3 possible reasons:
• The design has changed or is too old and has therefore been deleted for GDPR reasons.

• Your product is one of those not available for reordering (Unfortunately, some creations are like limited editions — one of a kind!)

• You might not be on the same platform where you placed your first order.
