I have an orange marker on my photo, what should I do?

What is the orange marker?

The orange marker corresponds to a quality warning on your photo.
It means that the image may appear with reduced quality after printing.

 Quality gauge

In the photo editing window (on each page), a quality gauge is displayed.
It indicates the estimated quality of the photo after printing.

  • This quality is calculated based on the resolution (dpi) of the photo and the photo template size chosen.

  • The larger the template, the more the photo quality may be affected.

  • ⚠️ Even if a photo is detected as “low quality”, it can still be printed.

Why does the gauge change?

When you crop a photo, or when you zoom in/out, the gauge changes:

  • Zooming in or cropping the image reduces the quality.

  • Zooming out or enlarging the frame improves the displayed quality.

How can I improve my photo’s quality?

To avoid printing in degraded quality, you can:

  • Zoom out the photo to use a larger portion of the image.

  • Choose a smaller template, which requires less resolution.
