My tracking number doesn't work

Track my package

When you order any product (except prints from the app) your package is shipped with a tracking number which you will find in your shipping email or the "My Orders" tab.

My tracking number is not found

After shipment it usually takes 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated. If tracking is still not found or is unavailable 24 hours after you received an email indicating that your package was shipped, please contact us so we can contact the postal service,

 

My package is not moving

If the status of your package hasn't moved for more than 48 hours, please contact us at hello@cheerz.com indicating your order number. We will give you further information.
